Job Description

As a Verification Analyst, you will protect global businesses from fraud and payment errors. You will verify vendors, handle inbound and outbound inquiries, support customer onboarding, and collaborate across teams to secure transactions—ensuring every payment is accurate, compliant, and safeguarded within a high-performance financial security environment.

Qualifications

• At least college level
• At least 2 years of BPO experience handling any account
• Outbound calling experience
• At least one year tenure with the most recent employer

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer verification inquiries through voice and non-voice channels
• Respond to customer and supplier verification inquiries inbound and outbound
• Assist the CSM team with customer vetting, qualification, setup, escalations, and service recovery
• Complete frontline activities within agreed timeframes
• Suggest cost-effective process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes
• Participate in training and development programs
• Maintain attendance and punctuality aligned with team and customer expectations
• Follow safety protocols and report workplace concerns
• Use verification tools effectively to prevent customer fraud
• Handle support tasks via phone and email for customers and suppliers
• Contribute to achieving company budget targets
• Identify and generate new business leads
• Stay updated on company processes, policies, and procedures
• Recommend improvements to verification team practices
• Support departmental projects and initiatives
• Comply with company standards in service, professionalism, ethics, and conduct
• Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership
